  1. Do I need a licensed plumber to do any plumbing work?
    A qualified licensed plumber who is fully insured/bonded is recommended to protect you from any mishaps.
  2. How long does it take to repipe the house?
    1 or 2 bathroom: 1-2 days
    3 bathroom+: call for free estimate
  3. How do i address low water pressure?
    Corrosion inside of the pipe restricts flow of water which causes drop of water pressure. Also, you can notice orange color water when there is corrosion present in the pipe. Resolution: repiping will resolve this issue.
  4. My water heater makes a lot of popping noise when it turns on. What could be the reason?
    You water tank needs to be flushed. And replace anode rod inside of the water heater to extend the life of your water heater.
  5. My water bill has increased dramatically in last month. What could be the reason?
    There could be a leak some where in the house. Possible places to check would be under the house, water meter, or it maybe running toilet. Seek professional if you cannot find it. Professionals can use electronic locator to find leaks under slabs.
  6. My toilet bubbles when I flush. What could be causing the bubbles?
    It might be that your main sewer line is backed up. You will have to have it snaked by a professional or have it video inspected to find causes. Call us for free estimate.
  7. I would like to move toilet, sink, and/or shower in my bathroom during remodeling. Is that possible?
    Moving anything in the bathroom is possible but work involved varies. It all depends on if you have slab foundation or subfloor. The cost will be higher for slab foundation due to nature of work involved. If you are not sure, please call us for free estimate.
  8. What the difference between galvanized and copper pipes? Why would I want to upgrade to copper pipes?
    Over time galvanized pipes will corrode and will restrict water flow. While copper doesn't corrode which will make it last for long time.
  9. I don't like my shower faucet. Can I change it with one I can buy at a local home improvement store?
    You will need access to inside of the wall to remove current piping and install new one. You may be able to have access from the back part of the wall or from shower side depending on what kind of material you have installed in your shower area. You may want to seek professional help to prevent damaging your current installation.
  10. I want to replace my current kitchen sink from single bowl to double bowl. Is that something can be done without big remodeling costs?
    It may be possible without incurring major remodeling costs. You may want to pick same size sink with dual bowls depending on if you have cabinet space to install new sink without breaking tiles or cutting into existing cabinets.   11. Is it possible to replace my two handle kitchen faucet with single handle faucet, hot water dispenser, and a soap dispenser without replacing my sink?
    You will have to replace current faucet with single handle one hole faucet and install hot water and soap dispenser into the other holes. Every sink comes with 3 holes. And if needed, another hole can be drilled to accommodate another fixture.
  12. Can i change my electric stove to gas stove by extending my gas line which is going to my water heater?
    Yes this is possible depending on what size pipe is currently going to your water heater. You maybe have to use a different size pipe to extend it to your stove to accommodate BTU's that will be burning on your new stove. Never attempt to tamper with gas line without professional assistance. This is true for installation of any gas appliances including, fireplace, BBQ, etc.
  13. Is there a maintenance procedure to clean out my drain line so they don't clog and cause backups? Can I use Drano or any other product which claim to clean drain?
    Anytime you drain chemicals through your drain lines, you may be causing more problems due to your pipes already being backed up. Chemicals can react with detergents and cause it to harden and block even more. It only dissolves hair. In this situation we recommend a Hydro-Jet cleaning every 3 years. Hydro-Jet cleaning uses 2900 psi of water pressure to safely power wash the inside of your drain line.
  14. There is bad odor in the house and there are black flies. What could be causing this?
    There could be possible break in the drain lines where sewage is building under house. You should contact a professional to have it inspected to see if its fixable or you may have to replace the leaking part of drain line. Ignoring leakage of sewer line may cause health issues and shouldn't be taken lightly. Cost varies depending on the material used for the drain line.
  15. My water heater is currently inside the closet which is inside the house. I heard there carbon monoxide can leak from water heater vent which is odorless and may cause serious health issues. Can I move it to outside of the house or inside the garage?
    Yes. You will have to move gas line and water (cold/hot)lines to new location and put water heater on a 18" stand. You will also have to vent to the outside of building.
